DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?

Sorry, y'all! We've done a ton of R&D, but we haven't nailed the gluten-free beignet... yet. If we ever do then you'll definitely know.

DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?

Our tots are vegan, but we do (currently) use milk and eggs in our beignet dough recipe. For special events we can put together a vegan version of our dough that is pretty tasty though. 

DO YOU HAVE A FOOD TRUCK?

ARE YOU LOOKING TO EXPAND?

Absolutely! We'd love to add more locations and food trucks. We have a unique product and proven concept. If any investors out there wanna talk then drop us a line!

DO BEIGNETS KEEP OVERNIGHT?

Yes and no. We call it the "Krispy Kreme" effect. A cold Krispy Kreme is pretty dang good, but a warm one is transcendent. It is the same with beignets, as the best ones are fresh out of the fryer. However, you can zap them in the microwave for a few seconds to give them a bit more pop.

DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN DOUGH?

100%! No mixes here, y'all! Everything we do is scratch made, and we're proud of that. Our dough recipe has been tried and tested, and it is the perfect mix of light and fluffy with a chewy structure able to handle all the fun variations we put out.
